CAREER SERVICES
It
is the policy of Iverson Business School's Career Services Department
to assist students in finding employment upon graduation. Before and after
graduation, the Career Services Office will advise the students in career
development skills and assist the students in finding employment in their
chosen field. Students are required to provide the Career Services Office
with a current resume and to maintain satisfactory attendance and grade
point average to retain their placement privilege. Career Services assistance
will include, but is not limited to:
- Job readiness training.
- Providing hands-on preparation and assistance with job applications,
resumes, interviews, and other placement related subjects.
- Contacting employers to identify job openings and secure interviews.
- Being aware of the current demands of the job market.
- Directing students to potential employment opportunities.
- Externship training available upon eligibility.
Similar assistance is provided for alumni. Although Iverson Business
School provides employment placement assistance, it cannot promise or
guarantee employment.
PART-TIME PLACEMENT
Iverson Business School maintains a part-time placement service to assist
students who maintain full-time enrollment status in finding employment.
International students must have the proper documentation to seek employment
in the United States.
